Calling that fits hotel sales work.

Standard, Pro and Elite include unlimited attempts to eligible US local/mobile numbers, with clearly stated monthly calling minutes. Unlimited attempts does not mean unlimited talk time.

Your included minutes

Standard: 2,000; Pro: 3,000; Elite: 4,000 minutes per named paid user each month. Hotels have 1–10 paid users. Minutes are pooled within the hotel; your Admin can set personal allowances within that balance.

Annual plans are paid upfront at ten times the monthly price for twelve months of access. Minutes refill monthly on the original paid-term anniversary. Unused included minutes expire at each monthly boundary and do not accumulate.

Calls and destinations

Included calling supports verified US local/mobile and toll-free numbers. Alaska, international, premium and special-service destinations are excluded. A +1 prefix alone does not qualify a number. Single-line calling is the default; triple-line calling requires separate hotel access.

Calls end after 30 minutes or the remaining personal/hotel allowance, whichever is lower. Answered calls and voicemail consume provider-confirmed minutes, rounded up per call. Busy or unanswered attempts do not spend included talk minutes. Idle audio disconnects automatically; preparing a contact and connecting your microphone do not place an outbound call.

No surprise charges

Usage alerts appear at 80% and 95%. Only an Admin can confirm a separate $79 purchase for 1,000 extra minutes. Extra minutes do not expire but require active paid access. There are no automatic overage charges or automatic top-ups. If no minutes remain, calling pauses until a refill or confirmed extra-minute purchase.

Fair use

Use the dialer for relevant, human-led business conversations. Respect do-not-call requests and identify your hotel accurately. Seats belong to named individuals; account sharing, resale, spam, unattended mass dialing and artificial traffic generation are outside fair use.

We may review unusual traffic for these specific forms of misuse. An unusual usage count alone does not establish abuse. When restrictions are required to stop misuse, the hotel Admin will receive the reason and corrective steps. Ordinary included use has no hidden fixed attempt quota.

Uploads and existing accounts

Uploads have no count limit. Supported formats, published per-file size limits and storage/security constraints still apply. Historical matches do not guarantee new bookings.

Existing subscriptions retain their purchased terms. New-plan prices and features do not silently change an existing contract. Review the plan, quantity, total charge and billing period before confirming Stripe checkout.
